Ihre Aufgaben

• In this role, you will actively support the departments in all HR-related matters in close cooperation with your colleagues from the German HR team

• You will work on an equal footing with your departments and the managing directors of the locations, advising them on both operational and strategic matters

• In addition, you will be responsible for negotiating works agreements

• You will actively conduct employee appraisals (e.g., BEM, dismissals, warnings)

• You enjoy working analytically and pragmatically at the same time

• You will actively help shape HR processes in Germany

• Project work with colleagues, including those from international companies, will round off your working environment

Ihr Profil

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR business partner

• Ideally, you have already worked in a manufacturing company

• You are familiar with negotiating works agreements and working with works councils

• You have already acquired a good knowledge of German labor law

• You act confidently and on an equal footing with employees, managers, and works councils, both nationally and internationally

• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and also taking on smaller projects

• You are fluent in German and English

• Experience in the application of collective agreements (preferably Verdi) and knowledge of Sage HR are advantageous

• Occasional business trips within Germany are no problem for you

• You can imagine being regularly present at our plants (Witzhave/Trittau), 60% of working time

• You describe yourself as decisive, hands-on, and enjoy working independently
