Ihre Aufgaben

• You will work hands-on with your team developing our PHP application into a modern AWS cloud native, service based architecture

• You lead up to 10 engineers in an agile team who deliver work on our main application

• With technical experts and architects, you build a roadmap in compliance with company standards

• You drive timely and predictable delivery of projects and initiatives within your team

• You ensure the reliability and quality of the team's software systems

• You guarantee incidents are being responded to and the team learns from them to continuously improve

• You establish and maintain sustainable teamwork with the teams Product Manager and Agile Practitioner as well as collaboration with business- and technical stakeholders

• You bring company strategies and business needs into engineering to ensure outcome-focused work is done

Ihr Profil

• You have 7+ years of track record in software engineering with PHP

• You have practical experience with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS

• You bring a strong ability to lead, inspire, engage and coach a diverse team

• With your excellent communication skills and empathy, you ensure your projects are well managed and you have a good relationship with your stakeholders

• You have experience in SaaS in a B2B context and understand the e-commerce business with its technology landscape

• You are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working with people from different cultures and nationalities
