Data Optimisation Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

• Customer Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for emerging and established brands. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service and data optimisation.

• Data Quality & Optimisation: Ensure daily BAU tasks related to data optimisation are completed efficiently, with a focus on data quality and enhancements.

• Ownership & Responsibility: Take ownership of the data enhancement process for assigned brands, resolving categorisation issues and improving data accuracy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and other departments such as Customer Success Management .

• Project Management: Assist the Senior Data Optimisation Manager with strategic projects and manage data optimisation tasks for both emerging and established brands.

Ihr Profil

• You have a degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field

• German language skills are a must, as well as proficiency in English. Turkish is a plus!

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy managing client relationships to drive successful outcomes.

• Knowledge of SQL & Python and other data automation tools would be an advantage

• Knowledge of TB.One, AWS, VS Code or Google Looker is a plus.

• You bring proven experience in data optimisation or a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace context.

• You're passionate about improving data workflows and driving efficiency across teams.

• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work on cross-functional projects.
