Utilise your Environmental Science degree! Reporting to the Grain Protection Manager, GrainCorp is seeking a Grain Protection Supervisor to assist with the grain protection plan for our Fisherman's Island Port site. The responsibilities of the role will include:

Monitoring pest control activities to ensure grain can be out turned free of insect infestation, within appropriate domestic and international pesticide tolerance.

Develop the regional fumigation schedule and plan the daily activities of Pest Control Officers, providing supervision of pest control activities.

Provide technical support within the region and assist with the development and presentation of in-house pest control training programmes.
About your experience
This role could be perfect for a graduate in Environmental Science with an interest in agribusiness. GrainCorp will provide support in the certificates and licences required for the role. Candidates will also display, In addition to providing proof of working rights (Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship), progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical check. A driver's licence is also required.
