Product Manager

We are an established tech startup with major tech investors Sequoia Capital and Visionaries Club on our side. We are aiming at defining a new SaaS category and empower entrepreneurs and e-commerce vendors to automate their resource planning and focus on the things that matters most to them: their business. We grow all over Europe, join us fully remote or in one of our hubs in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich and Lohne (Oldenburg). You decide!

Ihre Aufgaben

• You oversee the product pipeline in an agile environment, supporting your full-stack team through every sprint

• You maintain close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to deeply understand customer needs.

• You design and plan your product roadmap, keeping a well-organized backlog and the big picture in mind.

• You break down complex requirements into clear specifications and proactively communicate with engineering and design colleagues.

Enjoy short decision-making paths and collaborate with a motivated team of engineers, designers, and fellow product managers. As a Senior Product Manager focused on enhancing our finance and accounting domain, you'll create accurate, user-friendly processes for seamless finance and accounting tasks. Not only will you contribute to our success, but you'll also enhance the work experience for thousands of Xentral users daily.,

• You have significant experience with ERP systems, particularly in finance and accounting modules, with a deep understanding of related processes.

• You have 5-7 years of modern tech product management experience in an agile environment with a full-stack team, ideally in a SaaS context.

• You have attention to detail in documentation and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• You have knowledge of data infrastructure and data integration, with enthusiasm for working with technical users as customers.

• You have experience setting up complex structures (e.g., ERP, CRM) and a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated processes

• You are fluent in both English and ideally German
