Ihre Aufgaben

Rocket Factory Augsburg is seeking an experienced IT Professional (f/m/d) to join our diverse and agile IT team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a small team on a broad range of technologies, in support of RFA's mission to make access to space affordable for all.

Your Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems

• Asset management including ordering stock, maintaining and updating the IT inventory

• Provide companywide IT support for Windows, MS Office, active directory, network, VPN and similar

• Creation, documentation and escalation of IT tickets

• Management and installation of software updates and patches

• Install and configure workstations, laptops, printers and phones

• Creation and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures

• Maintenance of infrastructure and software across multiple locations

Ihr Profil

• Apprenticeship as IT administrator, or degree in Informatics, Computer Science or related discipline

• 3-years work experience in IT support

• Good understanding of Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 and newer

• Azure and/or Microsoft 365 experience

• Work experience with Linux is a plus

• Programming experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of layer 2 & 3 networks

• Experience with different phone systems and VoIP protocols

• Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
