Aufgaben:

• Koordinierung und Durchführung rechtlicher Schritte, insbesondere in Fragen der Unternehmensführung
• Unterstützung bei der Einholung der Zustimmung des Vorstands der FME zu Corporate-Housekeeping-Angelegenheiten
• Unterstützung der Inhouse-Juristen in den Regionen EMEA, LA und AP
• Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften und der Geschäftseinheiten
• Kommunikation mit Tochtergesellschaften, Anwaltskanzleien, Notaren, Behörden, Gerichten und Beratern
• Entwurf und Überprüfung von Rechtsdokumenten, insbesondere in Bezug auf Corporate Housekeeping-Angelegenheiten
• Verwaltung der Datenbank der Konzerngesellschaften
• Mitwirkung bei Sonderprojekten

Anforderungen:

• Erforderliche Ausbildung: Rechtsfachwirt, Wirtschaftsjurist
• Mindestens 2 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder in einer internationalen Anwaltskanzlei
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
• Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Termintreue
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint
• Offen für 2-3 Präsenztage im Bad Homburger Headquarter pro Woche
