Als Teil unseres Teams können Sie Praxisluft schnuppern, Kontakte knüpfen, mögliche Berufswege erkunden - und nebenbei noch Ihre Studienkasse füllen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie wirken bei der Begleitung, Koordination, Einweisung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten von externen Handwerksbetrieben rund um das Thema Gebäudeinstandhaltung in den Liegenschaften der Fresenius SE am Standort Bad Homburg mit
• Auch die Unterstützung des Hauptverantwortlichen bei den Gebäudeinstandhaltungsthemen und der Dienstleistersteuerung gehört zu Ihrem spannenden Aufgabengebiet
• Die Kommunikation mit externen Handwerksbetrieben via E-Mail (zum Beispiel für Anfragen von Angeboten oder zur Abstimmung von Terminen) liegt ebenfalls in Ihrer Verantwortung
• Des Weiteren erstellen Sie die Handwerkeranmeldungen und pflegen die Gebäudedokumentation in Bezug auf die Gebäudeinstandhaltung

Ihr Profil

• Momentanes Vollzeit-Studium im Bereich Facilitymanagement, Immobilienbewirtschaftung, Assetmanagement oder Propertymanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint, Word und Excel
• SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Energiemanagementsystemerfahrung wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
