Associate Director Pricing - German Hub (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Build the capabilities of the Germany Pricing team and as a strong leader initiate, develop, and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that ensure on-strategy reimbursements across the product lifecycle

• Represent and establish the Pricing function as part of the Hub Corporate Affairs Lead Team, shaping the market access strategy.

• Inspire and coach the team through organizational transformation while promoting execution excellence.

• Develop tools and models for data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.

• Oversee due diligence processes, audits, and design pricing-related processes.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Life Sciences.

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with specific expertise in pricing and/or market access teams.

• Strong understanding of the German healthcare payer environment and funding mechanisms, along with channel knowledge in the OOP (Out-of-Pocket) space.

• Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, execute, and lead strategic initiatives while managing complex situations and making decisions under pressure.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including affiliates, Hub, and global teams, while fostering a culture of teamwork and adaptability.

• Business fluent English and German
