- Develop and lead the execution of the LATAM strategy in close collaboration with Head of International Sales.
- Implement the 3-year country business plans in line with corporate objectives.
- Further develop the strategic partner portfolio in the region to fully unlock the brand and business potential in each market.
- Deliver against the category offense strategy and expand into new markets and channels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business performance of key markets, channels and partners, lead follow up actions until closed.
- Consolidate regional sales forecast, budgets and targets on a timely manner.
- Develop bi-weekly cross functional business update including market and competitor intelligence.
- Team-up with internal stakeholders to ensure full support to meet KPIs.
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably MBA degree.
- 5+ years international work experience in the fashion or premium goods industries.
- Proven track record of successful business operation and partner management in LATAM.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English, Spanish languages are must. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%
