• Work with designers and product developers to understand project needs and create solutions
• Make prototypes of soft goods for strollers, car seats, and other products
• Team up with engineers to create final samples and prepare items for meetings and shows
• Use sewing machines and related tools confidently
• Pay attention to detail while sewing, finishing, and adding final touches to samples
• Share feedback with the design team about construction techniques and materials
• Ensure all prototypes meet quality standards and design requirements

Profile of qualification:

• Proven experience as a tailor, or in a similar role, preferably in prototype development or sample making
• Good usage of industrial and household sewing machines, as well as other sewing equipment
• Ability to read design sketches and a good attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English skills at a B1 level
