In this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Designing and delivering client solutions in the realm of culture transformation and change management. Your expertise and insights will shape and guide organizations through crucial periods of transformation, such as large-scale mergers and acquisitions, digital transformations, and culture renewals.

• Playing a pivotal role in supporting clients with the people and culture aspects of organizational transformations. You will co-design leadership interventions that facilitate deep culture change, aligning the organizational strategy with the desired cultural and behavioral shifts.

• Utilizing your expertise in complex organizational contexts to translate organizational strategies into actionable (culture) change and leadership strategies. Your ability to manage the execution of these strategies will be critical in driving successful outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and associated partners to co-create outstanding results. Your exceptional consulting skills and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the success of high-profile projects.

• Conducting thorough diagnoses and utilizing culture analytics to assess the gaps between current and desired organizational capabilities. Your insights will be crucial in identifying and developing the necessary skills and competencies within the organization.

• Implementing data-driven approaches to measure organizational readiness and evaluate the success of cultural and behavioral changes. Your expertise in leveraging data analytics will drive evidence-based decision-making and guide ongoing interventions.

• Leading Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sales presentations to renowned clients. Your ability to articulate value propositions and present compelling solutions will contribute to business growth.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues to build upon existing knowledge while introducing new insights and methodologies to the company.

• Proactively contributing to the growth and excellence of the company by developing products in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence. Your passion for innovation and commitment to driving forward-thinking solutions will be highly valued.

• 5+ years of solid experience in management consulting.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to co-build the business.

• Data-driven and technologically inclined, applying behavioral science principles.

• High resilience and advanced problem-solving skills to navigate uncertainties and volatile environments.

• Strong conceptual and visualization skills.

• Experience in managing complex senior stakeholders, being a mature and challenging sparring partner for clients.

• Ability to lead and deliver large commercial proposals, both conceptually and financially.

• Ability to build strong client relationships while effectively delivering solutions within time, resource, and budget constraints.

• Ability to work across disciplines, internally and externally, in an international and diverse environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility towards team members and a commitment to coaching junior colleagues.

• Fluent in English, with fluency in German or another language being a plus.
