DevOps Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gathering customer requirements and developing appropriate system architectures on AWS or other infrastructure providers

• Supporting the process of transforming and migrating existing on-premise applications to cloud platforms

• Advise customers on the design and development of complex business intelligence architectures and data infrastructures, as well as the selection of optimal technologies and products

• Conducting assessments of existing customer architectures and developing new concepts, taking into account AWS best practices and current trends in cloud computing

Ihr Profil

• Completed (technical) university degree in information technology or comparable qualification

• At least 2 years of experience with cloud systems such as AWS, Azure, GCP or comparable solutions and about 3 years of experience in IT operations and architecture

• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation) and automated deployment (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, AWS CodePipeline).

• Network level familiarity in DNS, routing, VPN, Virtual Network, IP.

• Operating system level knowledge with Windows Server or Linux is a plus

• Experience with applications such as Tableau Server, Active Directory, Keycloak, OpenLDAP is a plus

• Broad knowledge in relational databases, NoSQL, IT security, automation, deployment, system migrations, IT networks and infrastructures

• Experience with monitoring systems such as Icinga, PTRG, Nagios, Spiceworks or Zabbix or AWS Cloudwatch
