Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsible for technical, organizational and contractual execution of construction projects ranging from single-family houses to apartment buildings

• Elaboration of the individual procedures and preparation of a construction schedule

• Scheduling and assembly planning

• Deployment planning and coordination of subcontractors

• Regular review of the proper implementation of construction work

• Deadline, execution and quality control

• Acceptance of services and deliveries

• Cost control and invoice verification

Ihr Profil

• Relevant professional experience in construction management

• Knowledge of construction law and common regulations such as VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)

• Ability to make decisions independently and also to represent these decisions

• Performance-oriented and independent way of working

• Pleasure in dealing with people
