Ihre Aufgaben


MINDSPACE is looking for a City Lead to lead our team in Germany. This full-time position is based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager, and entails managing Mindspace Berlin and Hamburg sites. The position requires managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while serving as a facilitator for interactions with Mindspace HQ in Israel. An ideal candidate will be a team-player with a hefty background in management, and a high drive to get things moving in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of a City Lead at MINDSPACE include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead, grow and develop a team of sales, community and operations managers.

  • Together with the Sales Manager, manage sales efforts & implement solutions to improve business performance in the city

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Belin branches

  • Work with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction, and high NPS results

  • Be the POC for all corporate matters between The German market & MINDSPACE HQ

  • Monitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market's performance

  • Work closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc', in order to make sure goals are met

  • Nurture Mindspace's brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department #LI-Onsite

You know when to take action and how to take the areas of your responsibility to the next level - excellence is the name of the game. You know how to 'read the room' and understand the professional environment you're in.,

  • 4+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit

  • 3+ year of sales and/or customer service

  • Experience working in international environment - an advantage

  • College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similar

  • MBA - advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams

  • Fluent English and German Critical Competencies for Success:

  • You must be a multi-faceted professional who has dabbled in a variety of fields; A general understanding of team development, sales, marketing, customer service, business, finance and more are a huge advantage & necessary for the growth of MINDSPACE Germany

  • You must be a great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form

  • Analytical skills, organizational skills and good time-management - are key for this position.

  • Experienced working with people & managing cross-functional teams? Good- that'll take you a far way here
