• Supervision of the maintenance projects (buildings/technical systems) of our nationwide administrative objects

• Development of usage concepts for commercial real estate

• Clarification of building law framework conditions for conversion measures

• Creation of building and equipment descriptions

• Determining the costs for tenant fit-out measures

• Carrying out tendering and awarding processes

• Taking on the project management for construction, conversion and refurbishment measures

• cost controlling

Ihr Profil

• Several years of professional experience in project management from a similar work environment with a focus on commercial real estate

• Studies to become a civil engineer/architect or technical training in the construction sector with additional qualifications

• Independent, responsible and flexible way of working

• Confident demeanor, resilience and ability to work in a team

• Confident use of all MS Office applications

• English skills
