As a next step, we will further develop our pricing engine into a holistic revenue management platform with comprehensive analytics and forecasting functions., Smart Pricer's team of pricing experts offers businesses around the globe the necessary tools to increase ticketing revenues and attract more visitors.

Ihre Aufgaben

who drives our product vision, strategy and roadmap. As a Product Manager at Smart Pricer, you will be responsible for:

• Continuous development of our pricing engine into a comprehensive revenue management platform

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points and incorporate them into product development. Remote and on-site with our customers in the DACH region.

• Creating and prioritizing a product-specific backlog based on customer feedback, market analyses and technical possibilities

• Creation of product requirements, mockups and usage scenarios for the development team

• Monitoring and analysis of product key figures to evaluate product performance and acceptance

• Development and implementation of the product strategy and roadmap in close coordination with sales,marketing and management

Ihr Profil

• Several years of experience as a product manager in a B2B software environment, ideally in the area of dynamic pricing/revenue management or as a revenue manager with an interest in software product development

• Strong analytical skills to draw the right conclusions for product development from data and customer feedback

• Technical understanding and hands-on mentality to work effectively with developers and data scientists

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly both internally and externally

• Entrepreneurial thinking to make product decisions in the context of business objectives

• Willingness to travel approximately 1 week per month in the DACH region to visit customers on site

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and modern BI dashboards

• Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira
