You are the face of FlixTrain to some of our largest partner accounts, overseeing the management and operational direction of existing relationships next to identifying and sourcing new partners

You will review, design and negotiate new and existing partner contracts. As part of this, you are creative when it comes to designing contracts to meet our business objectives, including creating the right incentive structures and calculating partner production costs

You are responsible for the calculation and verification of partner payments in collaboration with the finance & accounting teams

You will improve our partner management processes incorporating automation solutions with cost calculations and profitability objectives serving as the foundation

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including production management and network planning, to optimize the services of your partners across our network

You will play an essential role in transforming the transport industry by building a strong partner network and enabling additional trains and connections across Europe
Ihr Profil

Completed studies in business administration, economics or a related subject

6+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in partner, supplier or key account management, or in business development

Extensive experience with contract negotiation and ideally with calculating production costs in labour-intensive industries

Experience in the rail industry, or in another industry with labour-intensive production processes (i.e. logistics, facility management, automotive, personnel service provision etc.)

Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business results and communicate findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Self-starter with track record of building strong internal and external business relationships

Open to innovative approaches, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enthusiastic about developing a new long-distance rail business from the ground up

Excellent English and German language skills
