To strengthen our international project management team in the Client Delivery Group, we are looking for a committed and highly qualified project manager (m/f/x) in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf or Munich.
We plan and manage complex projects and transactions with our clients. In particular, we work closely and in partnership with the management as well as specialist departments of our clients. We combine strategic and operational project management with legal and technical know-how, on top of an understanding of the individual requirements of each industry.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of demanding projects in all areas of our legal consulting activities
- Project management and coordination, especially within our operational business in the areas of task management, reporting, quality management, preparation of decision templates, documentation as well as research and preparation of specialist topics for our clients
- Establishment of project management structures and implementation of project management standards
- Process analysis and optimisation as well as implementation of measures and transformation initiatives
- Ad-hoc support for our clients as well as internal project stakeholders (contact person and coach)
Your Profile
- University degree in economics, law, engineering, or project management completed with merit or above
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in the industrial or service sector, or management consultancy with experience in project management, ideally handling international large-scale projects
- Specialisation in the areas of program and project management, strategy/business development, lean management, agile/scrum, process optimisation and/or organisational design
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships
- Strong communication skills, pro-activity and proven client orientation
- Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications (especially Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), ideally basic coding skills and IT project experience
