Innovation Center Management:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Center, ensuring it remains a hub for cutting-edge cloud technologies and solutions.
- Develop strategic goals and initiatives for the center to drive innovation.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams with external and internal coordination of partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Use Case Development and Demonstration:
- Collaborate with partners to design, build, and maintain use cases that demonstrate the value of solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead live demos for internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating the technical and business benefits of various solutions.
Partner Solution Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners to ensure their solutions are successfully integrated into the Innovation Center.
- Work closely with vendors to understand the technical capabilities of their offerings and how they can be optimized on the Azure platform.
- Ensure partner solutions are tested, maintained, and aligned with operational and security requirements.
Technical Leadership & Support:
- Provide leadership and direction to the technical team responsible for the maintenance and support of the Azure-based infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and security teams to ensure all solutions meet compliance and performance standards required for a cleared cloud environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud technology and integrate those insights into the Innovation Centers offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, senior leadership, and external partners regarding innovation initiatives and cloud-based solutions.
- Gather and integrate feedback from demos to continually improve and enhance the solutions showcased in the center.
- Report regularly to Delos Cloud senior management on the status of initiatives, partner engagements, and the overall performance of the Innovation Center.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate both internal teams and external customers on partner solutions and Azure-based technologies.
- Mentor team members and provide them with growth opportunities within cloud technology and leadership tracks.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role using cloud solutions, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience in managing demo environments, building use cases, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Azure architecture and relevant technologies, including networking, compute, storage, and security.
- Familiarity with partner technologies and solutions commonly deployed on Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to represent the center publicly, advocate for innovation, and act as a thought leader in the community.
- Fluency in German & English
