Diverse & exciting

• Further developing and implementing our complex IT strategy

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a five-person IT team in Berlin

• Supervising and further developing the IT landscapes at all locations of the DILAX group

• Ensuring IT operations and guaranteeing all business-relevant applications are available

• Optimizing IT processes and all relevant IT contracts

• Planning, budgeting and implementing ambitious IT projects

• Supervising and further developing DILAX' in-house hosting solution

• Supporting our employees with IT questions including on-call service

Ihr Profil

• University degree in computer sciences or similar qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment as well as at least initial leadership experience

• Broad practical know-how especially in the areas of:

• Microsoft server/client technologies such as Windows Server, MSSQL, Active Directory, Exchange, Navision and CRM

• Cloud and virtualization environments such as AWS, Nutanix AHV (HCI), Hyper-V, KVM

• Management of RPO/RTO with Veeam Backup & Replication

• Implementation of the IT baseline protection of the German Federal Office for Information Security and introduction of the ISO 27001 standard

• Open Source technologies such as CentOS, PostgreSQL, Tomcat

• Operation of large Docker/Kubernetes environments

• Management of Sophos firewall solutions and M2M networks

• Infrastructure monitoring with Icinga

• Help desk administration via Jira and Confluence

• A team player with a hands-on approach who brings a lot of motivational skills and enthusiasm as well as solution orientation and a high level of quality awareness to the table

• Good communications skills for interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination as well as very good knowledge of German and English
