Ihre Aufgaben
Learn about the HR processes of a growing IT security company with over 100 employees and many demanding positions in the tech sector. Your focus will be in the areas of Recruiting and Learning & Development (good German and English skills (at least B2 level) in both spoken and written are absolutely necessary).

Ensure that incoming applications are processed promptly

Manage recruitment using Personio and ensure all applicant information is complete, clear, and correct

Conduct research and create presentations on recruiting and L&D topics (e.g., statistics, overviews)

Assist in daily business operations and take on initial projects in the area of L&D
Ihr Profil

Good German and English skills (at least B2 level), both spoken and written

Willingness to work 1-2 days a week on-site (Berlin Neukölln), combined with the option of working from home once you are well-acquainted with the role

Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to dive into a wide range of topics
