You will learn about support related activities, such as the planning of statistical analyses, statistical programming and interpretation of analyses.

We show you how to conduct research and literature reviews to stay updated on the latest techniques and methodologies in clinical design, statistical programming, and data analysis.

You will assist in the development and implementation of innovative statistical approaches to enhance data analysis in clinical development.

Together with your mentor, you will apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret clinical trial data, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

You will learn to develop and implement data transformation methods to optimize data quality and usability.

We show you how to develop and maintain programming codes and scripts to automate data processing and analysis tasks.

You can collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret clinical trial data.

During your internship, you will have the chance to explore innovative techniques for clinical designs, data transformation, statistical programming, and data analysis.,

As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)

You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship

A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
Ihr Profil
-
Student in at least the 4th semester of Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields

Good knowledge of statistical methodology, in particular Bayesian statistics and basic knowledge of design of clinical trials, medical terminology, and processing clinical trial information

First hands-on experience in relevant software languages, like R, Stan or JAGS.

Excellent analytical skills and solution-oriented working style as well as high willingness to learn

Reliability, intrinsic motivation, commitment, and a strong team player

Fluency in written and spoken English
