We are looking for support engineers interested in helping clients to be successful with innovative, future-oriented solutions on their journey to the Cloud. You will have the opportunity to work with technology that opens Mainframe IBM Z data for Cloud applications in a most efficient and performing way.
As a Support Engineer, you will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different teams, systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. In addition, you will document technical knowledge and train or mentor other support engineers and developers.
