As the Strategic Procurement Manager for Cold Drinks Equipment (soda fountains and coolers), you will play a pivotal role in developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving cost-saving initiatives and championing sustainability efforts for your category. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs balancing quality, cost-efficiency and sustainability goals

Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals, ensuring collaboration and seamless integration of initiatives

Foster supplier performance and innovation to gain competitive advantage through enhanced technology and services

Ensure the security of supply by fostering strong relationships with strategic suppliers and proactively identifying and managing risks

Evaluate category spend to optimize budget allocation, drive cost-efficiencies and achieve financial benefits

Collaborate with suppliers to enhance compliance with sustainability objectives e.g. reduction of the carbon footprint, RE100 and ESG practices

Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value while ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and corporate standards
Ihr Profil

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement within FMCG with at least 2 years managing Cold Drinks Equipment (soda fountains and coolers)

Skills:
o Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills o Proven ability to take full ownership of a category, driving results and continuous improvement o Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills o Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional CCEP-EU languages is an advantage
