Handling handle technical inquiries from national and international customers in the office (telephone and e-mail support for technical customer inquiries) and provide customer support

handle technical complaints

are responsible for personal customer support in technical matters; you make occasional customer visits

maintain customer documentation in the ERP/CRM system

analyze and correct errors

identify and analyze customer needs and communicate them to the product development and marketing team

work closely with the sales team and support them in sales activities

build and maintain a support ticket system *
Ihr Profil
-
enjoy customer contact; knowledge of ticket systems is desirable

have completed vocational training or a degree in the technical field

have experience in customer service/support

maintain a professional and obliging contact with customers

ideally have knowledge of working with CRM/ERP systems

work in a structured and independent manner

have a very good knowledge of German, a very good knowledge of English is desirable

have project management skills and a good understanding of processes
