You work in close cooperation with our engineering and manufacturing departments in order to provide high end photomasks of the highest quality with competitive cycle times to our customers. Your responsibilities include: o Monitoring and inspection of electron beam and laser write tools and processes. o Setting of tool and process parameters to ensure stable processes. o Optimizing the performance of electron beam and laser writing equipment. o Coordination of activities for defect reduction as well as for yield and cycle time improvement. o Development and implementation of new lithographic electron beam write processes for our production line. o Close cooperation with the local service team and technology experts of the tool suppliers., Would you like to take up the challenge of working in an innovative, goal-oriented environment of an internationally operating company? Your responsibilities include: o Responsibility for the further development of our manufacturing processes for leading optical products and photomasks. o Responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple integrative projects. o Support of customer technical requirements and special products. o Implementation of variance analyses. o Management of cross-departmental projects in the continuous improvement process (CIP). o Close cooperation with the responsible persons of the individual processes as well as support and consulting in the development of technical solutions and implementation of new processes., As a member of our engineering team, you are responsible for the optimization of our high-tech tools as well as our processes in the field of plasma etching. You work in close cooperation with our customers in the semiconductor industry and support them in the production of high quality, competitive microprocessor, logic and memory products. Your responsibilities include: o Technical monitoring and controlling of plasma etch processes and tools. o Operational support in problem solving in close cooperation with other engineering departments. o Systematical analyses and optimization of established etch processes for continuous defect reduction and yield enhancement. o Development of established etch processes according to the requirements of the partners and customers of the AMTC. o Interacting closely with the local service team and technology experts from tool vendors., o Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and repairs on our production equipment with focus on measurement technology (electron beam based, as well as micromechanical and optical measurement equipment with highest precision and purity requirements). o Analysing and solving problems on production equipment, following maintenance specifications and utilizing existing experience. o Independent identification and solution of tool relevant problems. o Introduce and implement continuous improvement measures in the work area. o Close cooperation with our partner companies on spare parts procurement, sharing experiences, and handling expiring supplier support., As manager of our Engineering Integration team, you are responsible across modules for the capability of our production lines including overall yield and the development of new technology platforms as well as for customized solutions. You work closely with our engineering and production teams and align requirements with our partner companies. Your responsibilities include: o Managing the Line Engineering module including disciplinary responsibility for a team of engineers and technicians as well as a department manager o Responsibility for all relevant product key performance indicators o Development and implementation of continuous improvement activities as well as corrective actions o Cross-departmental coordination of line support to ensure performance to schedule and yield o Management of technology and development roadmap o Supplier management o Driving improvement and development projects with suppliers, customers and partners o Further development of data use strategy

Ihr Profil

o As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, microelectronic, material science or equivalent and possess a broad professional knowledge. o Experiences with electron lithography as well as photomask or semiconductor manufacturing are advantageous. o You are experienced working with statistical process control (SPC) and are familiar with the application of statistical development and data evaluation methods. o You exhibit a strong analytical and systematic style when facing new challenges. o You possess good communication skills in German and English and demonstrate a high affinity for working in international teams., o As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in computer science, software engineering, physics, production engineering, electrical engineering, material science or a comparable field and ideally have initial professional experience in the semiconductor industry. o You have experience in developing and utilizing technical data. o You are familiar with the use of databases. o You have good programming skills in modern scripting languages and are keen on automation topics. You like to solve technically challenging tasks. o You possess very good communication skills in English and German., o As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in physics, physical chemistry, material science or a comparable field and ideally have extensive professional experience in the semiconductor industry. o You possess experience in processing and analyzing technical data and are used to working independently and on your personal responsibility. o You are experienced in handling integrative problems and in solving technically challenging tasks. o You approach new challenges systematically and analytically. o You possess good communication skills in English and German. o You ideally possess statistical data analysis (SPC) skills and fundamental programming skills., o As a successful candidate you have a university degree in physics, chemistry, microelectronics, material science or equivalent and possess a broad professional knowledge. o Applicable experience in plasma etching is advantageous. o You are experienced in implementing technological projects and like to develop and implement new ideas. o You possess a good knowledge in statistical process analysis and control. o Experience in programming (e.g. Java, R, Python) is advantageous. o You possess good communication skills in German and English and demonstrate a high affinity for working in international teams., o You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrician, mechatronics technician, control technician or equivalent, or have extensive electrical engineering expertise. o You have several years of professional experience and ideally experience in the maintenance of equipment in the semiconductor industry. o Knowledge and experience in UHV and HV vacuum technology is advantageous. o You have a comprehensive technical understanding in dealing with electrical, mechanical, optical and computer-based assemblies and components. o You are used to completing technically demanding tasks efficiently and independently. o You possess very good communication skills both in German and English and demonstrate a high affinity for working in international teams. o You are willing to work in a clean room., o Degree in physics, chemistry, material sciences or equivalent o At least five years of management experience in technical areas of the semiconductor industry o Sound knowledge and experience in manufacturing management, customer interaction, business process and technology management o Strong leadership and project management skills o Very good negotiation and communication skills both in English and in German.
