Ihre Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the survey and assessment of global training needs

• You contribute conceptually to resource planning and project prioritization - based on the identified needs

• You support the definition and implementation of measures for the long-term coverage of training resources

• Your tasks include the development, collection and preparation of KPIs regarding all training and further education activities of the Global Academy - from which you then help to derive measures

• You check the Academy processes for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements - you adapt them if necessary

• You are responsible for the development and rollout of globally beneficial product-related education and training concepts and programs

• You are involved in the conception of online training formats and (strategically) design certification courses

• You provide technical and didactic advice to trainers and coaches on the development of training and education concepts

Ihr Profil

• You have successfully completed your studies and have 3-5 years of professional experience in education management (training program management) in an international environment

• You have knowledge of project management, sales and marketing

• Experience as a trainer and in personnel development is an advantage

• Ideally, you have already gained (lateral) leadership experience

• You are a strong presenter and moderator

• Working independently is a matter of course for you

• You are a strong communicator and team player and your approach is customer-oriented

• You are characterized by an innovative drive, creativity and solution orientation

• A willingness to travel internationally is required
