Ihre Aufgaben


  • Lead and develop sales team (incl. hiring, talent development, training, retention) focusing on PSA techno & segments expertise

  • Drive regional Segment sales strategies to achieve agreed P&L targets for APP "Tapes & Labels", collaborate across segments

  • Execute APP sustainability initiatives to expand customer base and volume (incl. cross-SU activities)

  • Actively manage sales pipeline (ACE) and improve the sales at customers to develop business

  • Identify new applications and target customers to fuel the inno pipeline

  • Regularly review progress against targets and market opportunities & develop plans to address deviations

  • Develop top to top relationships with key regional customers

  • Collaborate with marketing team to capture market data's, trends, competitive strategies to optimize our market approach ( PD, pricing,…)

  • Provide regular input into rolling forecast, annual business plan (KP) and long-term strategic plan (TP)

  • Drive the Go to Market model continuously to use the resources efficiently



Ihr Profil


  • Master`s degree in (Chemical) engineering or in business with good technical understanding

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Sales, PSA industry knowledge and people management

  • Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and emotional intelligence to lead the whole Sales Team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English and in another main European language
