Catalogue Management Specialist

We have plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Catalogue Management Specialist to join our Content team.

Ihre Aufgaben

The purpose of this role is to handle the intake, validation, upload and management of Suppliers and GPO catalogues.

The Catalogue Management Specialist registers the customer in the GHX environment and handles the data intake, data delivery and data maintenance in order to ensure data accuracy and contribute to a high-level data quality standard within the organization.

This position interfaces internally with Solution Delivery, Customer Service, Product management and Sales and externally with customers.

The role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

Continuous learning will be part of the experience with us so we don't expect you to arrive knowing everything, but the following competencies will enable you to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable educational level

• At least 2 years of experience in data management or data processing

• Strong analytical mind and attention to detail

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office suite, in-depth knowledge of Excel

• Experience in database structures and software

• Good communicator (with external and internal customers)

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong customer orientatio

• Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
