Responsibility for leading a defined set of our international innovation platforms

Shape and develop the platform strategy, lead the concept and business case qualification

Lead the creation of international communication campaigns and guidelines as well as design frameworks

Cooperate and align with international brand leads, local marketing heads and top management

Close collaboration with international insights, innovation, category management and media functions (e.g. for concept, sell-in, go-to-market and media framework) to ensure impact, relevance and brand fit of your deliverables

Deliver relevant outputs that consumers will love and ensure best-in-class adaptation with local and international brand teams

A highly interconnected role in an enthusiastic international marketing team
Ihr Profil
-
Completed economics degree, ideally with focus on Marketing, Communication or other related area
-
Extensive experience in Marketing / Brand Management roles in the FMCG sector, of which several years in an international context

Deep competence in managing projects with external agency partners and multiple internal, international stakeholders
-
Strong proficiency in developing multi-channel communication campaigns (focus: TV, digital, social, OOH)

Significant expertise in innovation and design projects
-
An enthusiastic and positive but also assertive and fact-based communicator, knowing how to win others over
-
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking whilst being able to also work hands-on
-
A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Business fluency in English with strong negotiation skills
