• Sales and Customer Support: Advise and support our sales teams to perfectly meet our customers' requirements

• Project Management: Take responsibility for planning, executing, and documenting projects in the field of vacuum systems, always mindful of cost and timeline constraints

• Technical Design and Optimization: Calculate and design innovative pumping systems while conducting detailed analyses for process optimization

• Product Management: Create technical documentation and actively contribute to the development of sales materials

• Training: Conduct engaging training sessions on products and applications in vacuum technology and be open to expanding this area

• Research and Development: Oversee our vacuum and prototypes laboratory and assist with troubleshooting, Are you creative, a good writer, have an eye for design, and enjoy organizing? Your specific tasks include:

• Maintaining our website and social media profiles

• Writing reports, press releases, and advertorials

• Planning and organizing events, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns both within our sales area and in collaboration with other departments

• Creating marketing materials (brochures, posters, giveaways, advertising technology, etc.)

• Launching advertising campaigns for recruitment on social media

• Internal communication regarding trade fairs and marketing activities,

• You will work in an international team environment and in a constantly growing and highly interesting technology field of vacuum applications.

• You will support our potential and existing customers along the entire customer journey from initial contact to current project implementation and long-term contact maintenance.

• As a customer contact, you will work efficiently and in a structured manner to achieve our sales goals.

• You work closely with the field service, engineering, workshop and order management to bring customer projects to a successful conclusion.

• You are well informed about the latest industry developments in the field of vacuum and continuously work on the implementation and further development of our sales strategy., As part of a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include the repair of cryogenic pumps, cryogenic compressors, getter pumps, turbomolecular pumps, helium - leak detectors, vacuum gauges and electronic components. Quality, customer satisfaction and timely processing are your goals. For the required tasks you will first be intensively trained by us.

Ihr Profil

• You hold a completed degree in engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma) or have a comparable technical qualification

• Initial experience in vacuum technology or related fields is a plus

• You enjoy customer interaction and possess excellent communication skills

• As a team player, you have strong organizational abilities

• A self-reliant and dependable working style is second nature to you

• You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written

• Experience with CAD software and MS Office is desirable

• You are willing to travel occasionally

• A successfully completed education with a focus on communication, marketing, media, brand communication, or a related field of study, or a comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in corporate communication or marketing is an advantage
