Creates communication plans for internal or external initiatives, taking into consideration audience segmentation, synergies with existing programs and cadence of message delivery Develops content to support internal or external communications initiatives, such as stories and copy for company intranet, press releases, talking points, product brochures, presentations, etc. Partners with production resources to create videos Works with designers to develop compelling graphics to support communication campaigns Plans and executes events for company milestones, employee celebrations, trade shows, etc. Leverages measurement tools to assess efficacy of communication campaigns and implements improvements from lessons learned Engages with subject matter experts across the company to support their communication needs in a wide range of areas, including Manufacturing, Sustainability, Product Lines, Human Resources, EHS&S, Legal, etc. Works collaboratively with Corporate Communications team to plan and execute announcements for internal and external audiences Effectively manages projects from start-to-finish, ensuring strict adherence to detailed timelines, review processes, etc. Contributes to the Corporate Communications team on internal, marketing, digital media, and external communications projects as needed, To all recruitment agencies: We are not responsible for any fee related to unsolicited resumes from 3rd party staffing and recruiting agencies (whether submitted through this website or sent directly to employees) unless a written agreement is in place between the agency and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP ("Company") and an authorized Company representative makes a written request to the agency to assist with this requisition.
