The purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management. Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate day-to-day operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of enrollment management

Managing and coordinating daily and long-range schedule for the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management

Screens and determines the appropriate routing of incoming mail, email, documents, and phone calls
-
Handles travel arrangements, including obtaining approvals, tracking expenses, and preparing reimbursement requests
-
Supplying data and statistics for budget preparation; coordinates the annual budget; assist in the refund process
-
Coordination of the Appeals Committee and maintain records for official reports regarding Title Nine aid

Serve as Time Administrator for Enrollment Management
Ihr Profil

High school plus two years of related experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
-
Exceptional customer relations s skills when interacting with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and the public.
