Ihre Aufgaben

• Conceptual design and preparation of investor and sales documentation, including ESG priorities

• Project management and internal control of incoming investor due diligence questionnaires

• Conception and execution of due diligence visits by investors

• Support in the acquisition of investors in the German and international environment

• Close cooperation and coordination between the international sales, investment- and fund management departments

• Management and implementation of automation and digitization projects

Ihr Profil

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or economics (focus on finance, sustainability or management and communication)

• Alternatively: Successfully completed banking apprenticeship

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services and/or asset management, or knowledge management

• Experiences with institutional clients and/ or basic knowledge and understanding of the current regulatory environment would be desirable

• Good MS Office skills and excellent knowledge of graphics (MS Power Point)

• Fluent negotiation and communication skills in German and English are mandatory

• Open-minded and proactive and independent way of working with a strong connection to reliability

• Reliability and ability to handle responsibilities and flexibilities

• Good interpersonal communication skills
