In your future role you will utilize your unique strengths and expertise to provide comprehensive HW/SW support for our products. You will:

• Offer pre- and after-sales support by resolving and coordinating solutions for product issues, including problem documentation, notification, and escalation.

• Serve as technical liaison to our R&D department to influence the future course of our technology strategy based on meaningful first-hand customer experience.
• Assist customers in understanding and optimizing product operation for their applications.
• Document solutions to recurring measurement tasks in the form of written application notes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite.
• Gradually become an expert in power measurement technology.
• Share your ideas and make your voice heard in an open collaborative team environment to help our company grow.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable qualification with solid expertise in measurement, electric drive technology or electrical engineering
• Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills of advantage
• Independent, careful and conscientious way of working with good time management, self-organization and a sense for priorities
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude under time constraints and high work load
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, including overseas, and meet customers in face-to-face situations, class B driver's license is an advantage.
• The position is aimed at both graduates and applicants with professional experience.
