We are seeking a highly capable Strategic Account specialist (m/f/d) to join our sales team and ensure the revenue income of SunExpress. As a Strategic Account specialist, you are responsible for our strategic customers (e.g. tour operators) on the international market (EU to Turkey, Egypt and Bulgaria). This includes the acquisition of new partners, price and seat negotiations, Contract conclusion process, renewal of seasonal contracts and development of incentive systems for our strategic customers. Additionally, you are the entry point for your accounts into the SunExpress organization.,

Administrating the price negotiations with Int´l tour operator and key customer within dedicated range

Calculation of prices for full-charter operations upon request

Preparation of seasonal contracts and monitoring of the signing process

Offering the tour operator and key customer the current and new routes for the upcoming season

Preparation and updating of Master Agreement, Charter Contract, incl. appendices

Working on all kind of tour operator requests, such as planning new routes,

cancellations and updates of seat allocations, price reductions, adjustment of side-letter agreements, administration of any kind of surcharges (e.g. passenger taxes, fuel surcharge)

Optimization of functionality of the sales system for Tour Operator Relations Department. Set up user specifications and generate change requests. Acting as key contact for the Tour Operator Relations department in terms of functional adjustments, change requests and user guidelines.

Organization of sales meetings to inform and coordinate with other FRA Commercial departments

Optimization of internal processes by creating templates/tables/spreadsheets

Representing the company on travel fairs and tour operator presentations

Bachelor's degree or education as travel agent

Minimum of 5 years' experience in related work area

Proficiency in MS Office Applications, experience in airline or tour operator reservation systems of advantage

Excellent knowledge of English and German, in verbal and written form
