Ihre Aufgaben

This is a senior leader role dedicated to the mission of IT-OT service management and service delivery within the region.

The role holder will serve as a knowledgeable resource to the Manufacturing Site Leadership Teams and Capital Project Leaders providing leadership and coordination of IT-OT service and support for all sites within the region.

The role holder must develop site support teams in such a way that drives towards establishing valuable relationships with site manufacturing teams including: Leadership, Stewardship, Process Control, Major Projects, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving.

The role holder must manage, coach, develop and support our site support teams in their mission to provide service and support for all sites within the Region.

The role holder must travel within the region to enable a high degree of networking, relationship management, and collaborative interaction across multiple sites within the region.,

• Manage IT-OT service delivery and support for all sites within the region.

• Manage business relationships, support Site Leadership Teams and Capital Project Teams providing leadership and direction pertaining to IT-OT service delivery and support at sites within the region.

• Work with stewardship and capital project leaders to develop site support teams in such a way that improves team members ability to provide service and support of capital projects; Job Contact Training, Safe Work Permit Training, Maintenance of Change Training specific to site requirements within the region.

• Work with IT Infrastructure Engineering leaders to develop site support teams in such a way that improves site support team members ability to provide support for IT-OT Foundational Infrastructure including, Network Infrastructure, Firewall Services, Application Hosting Infrastructure, Application Server located at sites within the region.

• Work with IT Service Providers, Vendors, and IT Engineering teams to develop site support teams in such a way that improves teams ability to provide service and support for end user computing devices such as PC's, Tablets, Portable Electronic Devices, TVs, and Conference Room equipment.

• Work with ICS Security leaders to develop site support teams in such a way that improves teams ability to provide service and support for Process Control Network, Industrial Control Systems and cyber security protections.

The ideal candidate will have significant service management and project management experience with emphasis on business relationship building, people development and servant leadership.,

• Experience with managing, integrating and developing service delivery organization dedicated to the mission of supporting IT-OT technology at manufacturing locations

• Experience with relationship building, relationship management, and organizational development

• Ability to practice a high level of integrity and confidentiality

• Excellent organizational management skills

• Ability to work effectively coordinating support from diverse technical teams, cross functional teams involving; employees, contractors, suppliers, and 3^rd party companies.

• Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment with many changes and competing priorities

• Effectively prioritize resources against workload demand

• General knowledge and experience in providing service and support for manufacturing site core infrastructure utilities; including

• Space, Power, HVAC

• Fiber and copper cabling

• Plant engineering documents; plot plans, fiber plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and building floor plans

• General knowledge and experience in providing service and support for manufacturing applications with general knowledge of multiple Manufacturing Applications; including:

• Laboratory Management Systems

• Process Historian Systems

• Manufacturing Execution Systems

• Industrial Control Systems

• Maintenance and Engineering Systems

• General knowledge of multiple technology platforms and protocols; including:

• Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM, WSUS

• Linux, VMWARE, HyperV

• Cisco, Palo Alto, Rapid7, SolarWinds. SCOM

• TCP/IP, UDP, TMS, SNMP, SFTP, HTTPs, RDP, NTP

• Wireshark

• CyberArk

• Master's degree (or equivalent work experience)

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT or OT within Manufacturing Industry

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  Desired Skills and Experience

• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing capital projects; management, design, engineering, construction roles.

• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, and Industrial Control Systems automation and or Industrial Control System cyber security protection.

• Knowledge and experience with industry standards; NIST, IEC62443,CFATS, ISA99, ISA95

• Fundamental understanding of industrial network communication protocols (For example: TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, WiHART etc.)

• Fundamental knowledge of various industrial network solution providers to include Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Tofino, Hirschman.
