has very good English language skills. German language skills are not required but very beneficial

has worked with data before and is in good command of statistical software (preferably STATA, though R or Python are also acceptable)
Wir bieten Ihnen
full-time (38.7 h/week) for 3 months
for a research project on "Housing Affordability" at the earliest possible date.
The intern will be involved in a new and highly policy-relevant project on the German housing market. Task involve data gathering and synchronization, theory building, and empirical testing, and can be adjusted to the candidates interests and abilities.
