• Support with interesting topics in the area of service, such as quotation and order processing with subsequent report generation

• Independent processing of customer enquiries

• Participation in current day-to-day business, e.g. processing complaints

• Varied activities, from customer to supplier contact

• Collaboration with various internal departments

Ihr Profil

• Enrolled student of business administration or business administration

• Basic commercial knowledge desirable

• Good knowledge of English

• Confident use of MS Office

• Independent, proactive and structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and high service mentality

• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and quick comprehension
