Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of production material: Operational needs analysis based on order data Obtaining and comparing offers Ordering of materials, products, tools, spare parts and external deliveries/services, as well as their coordination Creation of reports Professional conduct of negotiations and conclusion of contracts in consultation with the management: Drafting of supplier contracts and framework agreements Price negotiations with national and international suppliers independent processing of the supplier portfolio and implementation of the procurement strategy: Supplier management including search, selection, evaluation and development of suppliers Monitor delivery dates of orders and make complaints if necessary, Servicing and maintenance of our production facilities Diagnosis and repair or repair order of electronic, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies and components Diagnosis and repair or repair repairs for industrial trucks for internal transport Procurement / production of spare parts and their installation Checking the functions of controls and automatic devices Preventive maintenance and upkeep Planning and execution of construction and conversion work on systems (automation technology) Further development and implementation of process optimization Create / change / update maintenance plans Optimization of maintenance cycles and measures Participation in 5S campaigns and safety checks

Your skills and competencies

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, maintenance mechanic or comparable training

Ihr Profil

Business studies or commercial or technical training with additional qualification in the field of purchasing, ideally with initial professional experience Experienced use of MS Office and ERP systems Excellent communication skills and assertiveness Experience in negotiation Self-initiative, structured and analytical way of working Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, Very good specialist knowledge in the field of pneumatics / hydraulics, PLC and electronics Ability to identify the causes of malfunctions and their subsequent elimination Personal initiative and reliability, strong motivation, goal-oriented approach and service orientation English knowledge is an advantage Sound PC knowledge independent, conscientious and careful work punctuality high quality awareness teamwork,

  Your skills and competences

• You have a general university entrance qualification, a technical college entrance qualification or a specialized baccalaureate.

• You have completed vocational training and passed the BA admission test.

• You are interested and enthusiastic about business and technical issues.

• Your good grades in mathematics, physics, German and English speak for themselves.
