Join us!, Job Summary: The SAP Account & Business Development Manager in the Energy & Natural Resources sector is responsible for managing and expanding existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within this industry. This role involves understanding the specific demands and challenges of the energy and natural resources industry, creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and promoting sustainable practices., Account Management:

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to address client needs effectively.

    Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing services, products, or projects for clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency for clients.

    Sustainability and Responsible Resource Management:

  • Promote and implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in collaboration with clients.

  • Seek opportunities for renewable energy projects, resource conservation, and eco-friendly initiatives.

    Business Development:

    Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Energy & Natural Resources industry, including energy sources, commodities, and environmental regulations.

  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

    Lead Generation:

  • Generate new leads within the sector through networking, industry events, and market research.

  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to foster growth.

    Client Acquisition:

  • Create and execute sales strategies and initiatives to acquire new clients in the energy and natural resources industry.

  • Prepare and present proposals, demonstrating how the Implico's solutions align with clients' needs and industry requirements.

  • Regular alignment with the regional responsible people from SAP to identify new opportunities.

    Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure clients are informed and compliant with industry regulations and standards.

  • Develop strategies to help clients adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.



Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related industry (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Commitment to responsible and sustainable resource management.

  • SAP Know How
