• Coordination and supervision of contract management topics with focus on the automotive sector
• Close support of our sales function in legal aspects and regarding the negotiation of contracts
• Tracking and ensuring adherence to the contract management process
• Management of automotive platforms
• Cooperation with internal functions like sales, customer service, product and quality management as well as supply chain
• Preparation and execution of audits
• KPI reporting and statistic handling

Requirements:

With this profile, you convince us To excel in this position, you should bring an educational background in chemistry or an economic education paired with sales experience in the automotive industry. Excellent negotiation skills are essential in this position as well. Your additional skills and competencies:

• Several years of business experience, ideally within the chemical and / or automotive industry
• Legal knowledge and expertise in international contract law
• IATF knowledge and audit experience is a plus
• Practical experience in SAP
• Project management experience in an international context
• Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills to win people over, create a long-lasting network and to lead without formal power
• Ability to develop innovative solutions
• Proactive management style
