Your responsibilities: Talent Attraction & Acquisition leadership in EMEA: Design, drive, review and improve the EMEA Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy, initiate and drive strategic projects within EMEA Build and manage a strategic Talent Attraction & Acquisition Team of experts with EMEA scope at the Headquarters
Build, engage, develop and lead an operational Talent Acquisition Partners Team. Based across EMEA (a large part of the team is currently based in Germany) in a matrix responsibility with the respective local HR leaders
Set, review and improve Talent Attraction & Acquisition process and standards, ensuring a smooth collaboration with all stakeholders including local HR teams, Business Center as well as with further strategic HR roles in charge for EMEA (CoEs)
Review and improve KPIs defined for Talent Attraction & Acquisition, monitor and regularly report, including on costs. Manage process performance & implement required action plans Ensure the HR organization, managers and employees are enabled and apply solutions
Follow external market trends, engage in external best practice sharing, provide state-of-the art insights to HR organization in EMEA (and to global HR if applicable)
Lead and support Talent Attraction & Acquisition practices and decisions that drive Organizational Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Responsible for (content based) vendor selection and management in Talent Attraction & Acquisition Key Point of Contact of EMEA for Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition projects and stakeholders Your qualification
Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences) required Several years of expertise in Talent Attraction and Acquisition Ideally experience both working on an operational level and with strategic responsibilities Experience in the corporate environment, additional experience in recruiting agencies is advantageous Several years experience in a complex, international environment Proven experience in building, engaging, developing & leading a team of recruiters, ideally throughout EMEA Profound topic and market knowledge In-depth experience with recruiting sources, including active sourcing Ability to quickly understand the Olympus Leadership Competencies and be a role model
Ability to manage project teams, drive for results in an international environment and to collaborate in cross-cultural contexts Ability to influence and convince various stakeholders, especially on Executive level Strong data analysis and process orientation Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suites Strong command of English is a must both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
