Your responsibilities: Lead the solution designs and be responsible for the solution architecture for our global SAP SuccessFactors platforms across all modules
Work in the global SuccessFactors Center of Excellence team and collaborate with your peers on gathering business requirements and translate them into comprehensive functional and technical specifications
Work in implementation and roll-out projects and take responsibility for solution designs within SuccessFactors also towards the integrated and surrounding solutions
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives, as well as defining and managing expectations for proper execution
Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, processes, and industry standards.
Act as the Learning Management lead for the vLMS module and work with the HR and Learning and Development stakeholders on business demands, designs and solutions Configure, customize, and integrate the Learning Management Module with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Learning Management Module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have, accounting for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources, and scope Stay current with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, enhancements, and industry trends
Actively participate in an architectural community (e.g., Solution Architecture groups and Enterprise Architecture) to share good practice Your qualification
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience) Several years' relevant experience in solution design, build, deploy and maintenance, in the SAP SuccessFactors domain Several years experience particularly in the Learning Management module of SuccessFactors Proven experience in SuccessFactors data models, cloud architecture and integration technology
Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, etc.
Good understanding of business analysis techniques and processes combined with demonstrable business and tech acumen Good knowledge and experience in project management, process modelling, data modelling, and systems analysis Knowledge of working with HR business processes Strong analytical expertise and capacity of problem solving combined with an eye for details Ability to work in a fast pace and team-oriented environment with hands-on mentality Good networking and interpersonal skills, also across cultures and organizational boundaries Business fluent in English is a must, German language skill are a plus Your competencies
