That's why we are looking for you as a new member of our Employer Branding team, which inspires the next generation of talent for Beiersdorf by shaping and promoting our employer brand.
Are you an enthusiastic student with a passion for marketing and a keen sense of people and trends? Do you want to experience the day-to-day business of an international company at first hand? With us, you'll have the opportunity to explore the perfect blend of HR and marketing while using your creative and analytical skills. As part of our team, you will support us with the following tasks:

Organizing career fairs, university events, and workshops

Developing innovative HR marketing formats with a focus on social media

Ihr Profil

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., marketing, psychology, HR management) or currently in a gap year

Initial practical experience in human resources and marketing

Very good German language skills and practical English language skills

Strong analytical thinking and a structured working approach

Open, communicative, and hands-on personality

Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg for the duration of the internship

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour., Employee Discounts
