Working Student (m/f/d) Uptime Delivery

Your responsibilities: As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will help us to leverage Uptime Delivery across the EMEA region You will support us in collecting and analyzing data to derive relevant KPIs for our uptime promise towards our customers You will generate reports for our relevant internal stakeholders

As part of several projects related to our warehouse infrastructure, you will help us to support proper management of our loaner asset base You will be directly interacting with our country organizations to ensure timely provision of loan devices

Additionally, you will secure compliance and efficiency by defining, implementing and documenting relevant internal loaner processes Your qualification You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Logistics, Business Informatics, Medical Engineering or similar subject You study in the Hamburg area and your course of study will last 12 more months (absolutely mandatory) You have the ability to come to the office in Hammerbrook twice a week You are enthusiastic about data analysis and deriving valuable insights from data Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel are part of your qualifications You Ideally have already gained first experience with applications like SAP (ERP/CRM) and Power BI Proficiency in English and German (at least Level B2) You also enjoy working in diverse teams You have a high degree of initiative and independence Strong communication skills and assertiveness complete your profile Your benefits 17 EUR per hour Proportionate vacation entitlement Interesting and diverse tasks in an international working environment Excellent mentoring structure with regular feedback Up to 60% remote work is possible
