Stellenbeschreibung

Your responsibilities:

Data Management activities:

  • Define and own the implementation of the end-to-end process for managing customer master data
  • Develop actionable reporting to monitor data requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, and ensuring that business and internal controls are in place
  • Lead analysis and optimization of customer master data elements to enhance data flow between users and stakeholders
  • Lead data management activities and drive initiatives to optimize processes and capabilities, ensuring seamless operation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of data services
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data solutions and services, adhering to organizational policies and frameworks, including SLAs and KPIs
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to help the business leverage master data in support of strategic goals

Data Governance activities:

  • Lead the creation of data policies and practices to ensure data integrity, security, safety and availability
  • Define and maintain up-to-date documentation, including end-to-end data models, data dictionaries, and lists of values documentation
  • Define and promote data management best practices, principles, and processes within the data governance domain
  • Design and implement solutions to consolidate and cleanse data from across the organization into a single, consistent, and high-quality data storage platform

Your qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data warehousing, master data management, data governance, and associated technologies
  • Ideally first experience in data quality and data cleansing strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficiency with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
  • Project management experience using both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes, especially in Customer Master Data management
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, build consensus, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with an attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
