- Responsible for the product portfolio management (e.g. Product Life Cycle, spec definition, quality requirements, initial price setting)
- Accountable for the SiC module roadmap (innovation and optimization and creation of business cases)
- Responsible for global SiC module strategy as well as long term planning
- Responsible for yearly sales and margin implementation of SiC as well as driving all cross functional actions required to achieve these business plan targets
- New Product Introduction (NPI) to achieve business case fulfilment targets
- Responsible for business case execution and fulfillment
- Competitor (portfolio) analysis as well as technology and application trend analysis, market investigations
- Interface between marketing, development, quality, operations and all other departments of the Business Group SiC
**This is you**
- Minimum master’s degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years professional product marketing background
- Knowledge of power semiconductors, modules as well as application know how of electronic hardware
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English & German
- Excellent analytical and structured work approach
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
- Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel (10-15%)
