Ihre Aufgaben
Support the Sales strategic planning team in various demand and capacity related responsibilities, tasks, presentations and meetings, such as:

Track & report the demand development vs. targets and capacities and assure portfolio transparency at all times

Align and ensure status, progress and outlook with relevant Sales projects in line with the demand plans

Facilitate planning process related optimization measures

Provide project specific load plans and scenarios to Sales projects

Frequently follow up on maintaining, updating, and improving Sales processes, presentations and IT tools. (e.g. Salesforce, Polarion/DRIM, Sharepoint, PowerBI)

Organization and execution of meetings

Support in the preparation of presentations

Take part in team meetings

You are available for at least one year. Preferably you have a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or business administration field of study

You have a valid "Immatrikulationsbescheinigung" (certificate of enrolment) from your university.

You have good knowledge of MS Office 365, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Fluency in English, both written and in speaking

You are a Team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and intercultural awareness

You will be based in our Hamburg office; however, limited home office may be possible, too.
